It will be hot again this week, so we decided that our menu would focus on meals we can cook inside or in the electric smoker outside. If you don’t have an electric smoker, there are numerous recipes for ribs that can be done in the oven. Our electric smoker lives in the garage, and we roll it out onto the driveway slab when we use it. It was an investment, but we use it once or twice a month.
The Menu
Monday- Chicken Fried Pork Cutlets
- roasted or mashed potatoes
- green beans
- black eyed peas
Tuesday- Smoked Baby Back Ribs
- potato salad
- baked beans
- leftover veggies from Monday
Wednesday- BLT sandwich
Thursday- Homemade Pizza
Friday- Cheeseburgers
Saturday- Ground Beef Stir Fry

1 package pepperoni

two or three baking potatoes for mashed or a small bag of red potatoes for roasted
