Kyle’s Thick Cut Pork Chops
These pork chops are boneless and cut an inch and a half thick. A pack of six has been running $13. This makes three meals for the two of us, or possibly two meals for four people.
Ingredients
- 6 thick cut (1 1/2") boneless porkchops
- 3-4 tbsp Holy Voodoo Seasoning
Instructions
- Generously coat the pork chops with this seasoning. Use any seasoning of your choice, but the Holy Voodoo is our favorite.
- Heat outdoor grill to 400.
- Begin by grilling these pork chops standing on their edges for a couple of minutes per edge on the direct flame of the grill.
- After the chops are edged, continue to grill on direct flame for 6-8 minutes per side.
- Allow chops to rest five minutes
