Monday- Add Some Heat Southwest Casserole, corn

Tuesday- Mini Meatloaves and Vegetables

Wednesday- Cajasian Round Steak

Thursday- Ground beef tacos, rice and beans

Shopping List

Pork cutlets or cube steak

round steak (1-2 lb)

4-6 lbs hamburger

onion

garlic (I buy the jar of already minced garlic, it’s a time saver, just use extra)

carrots (you will use them two meals, or you can use brussel sprouts or asparagus for one)

2 bell peppers

potatoes

Okra (or snow peas)

lettuce

green beans

2 fresh jalapenos

soy sauce

tabasco

AI, 57 or bbq sauce

dried macaroni

Spanish rice

onion soup mix

refried beans

taco seasoning

taco shells

chopped green chilis

soy sauce

2 14.5 cans of diced tomatoes

1 can of kidney beans

1 6 oz tomato paste
