Kyle’s Beef Fajitas
This is an easy weekday meal that you will look forward to.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin, flank or skirt steak
- 1 large lime juiced (with pulp)
- 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp Lawrey's Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 sweet peppers, any color, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2-3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- topping like sour cream, pickled peppers, shredded cheese
- flour tortillas
Instructions
- Slice beef into strips. In a bowl, season beef with seasonings and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- Slice veggies and coat with olive oil.
- Heat vegetable oil in the skillet.
- Cook beef on medium-high until beef begins to brown. Add vegetables.
- Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender and beef is desired doneness.
- heat tortillas a couple at a time in a skillet until they get a little color on both sides,
