Grilled Salmon
This is my all time favorite. I use the Ninja XL indoor grill for fish and chicken, but the salmon is easy on the gas grill as well.

Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet skin on
- 3 tbsp lemon-pepper
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 4-5 tbsp butter
- 1-2 tbsp siracha sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to max if using the Ninja grill.
- Rub the fillet with lemon pepper.
- Gently rub the fillet with avacado oil.
- When the grill is preheated, place the fillet skin side down on the grill plate.
- Grill for 12-13 minutes.
- Melt butter in the microwave, and mix in siracha sauce. Serve over hot fish.
- Serve with cilantro-lime rice and a salad.
