Cajasian Round Steak and Vegetables

Meridith Barney
This slow cooker meal is easy to prepare and most of the prep work can be done the evening before.
When I do a slow cooker meal, I usually have to start it at 6 AM, so I put my vegetables in when I come in at four so that they don't overcook before we eat around seven.
You can put all the vegetables in with the meat at the beginning of the day if that is easier.
