Four Way Chicken Tacos (Quesadillas, Enchiladas, Nachos)
This chicken we can start in the morning, and it is done by dinner. It is easily doubled, but the initial recipe easily feeds 8-10 people.

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen chicken breasts
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker for 8-10 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks.
- Use chicken to make tacos, enchiladas, nachos or quesadillas
Notes
THis makes too much for Kyle and I, so I will put leftovers in a freezer bag, label and freeze.
