Ground Beef Stroganoff
This is a twist on the crock pot beef stroganoff. Same ingredients, but it is ready in 15-20 minutes.

- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 carton sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 -2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package egg noodles cooked or 4 servings of rice
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook onions, hamburger, and garlic until brown.
- Drain hamburger.
- Add hamburger to skillet on medium-low, add mushrooms and soup.
- Cover and cook until mushrooms are desired doneness (5-10 minutes). Stir occasionally.
- Add sour cream, stir.
- Serve on rice or noodles with a vegetable.
Notes
If you need to stretch this meal to feed 4-6, or you really want leftovers, use two cans of soup. It is a cost-effective way to stretch a meal.
