Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs sirloin, flank or skirt steak
  • 1 large lime juiced (with pulp)
  • 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp Lawrey's Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 sweet peppers, any color, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2-3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • topping like sour cream, pickled peppers, shredded cheese
  • flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Slice beef into strips. In a bowl, season beef with seasonings and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  • Slice veggies and coat with olive oil.
  • Heat vegetable oil in the skillet.
  • Cook beef on medium-high until beef begins to brown. Add vegetables.
  • Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender and beef is desired doneness.
  • heat tortillas a couple at a time in a skillet until they get a little color on both sides,
