These pork chops are boneless and cut an inch and a half thick. A pack of six has been running $13. This makes three meals for the two of us, or possibly two meals for four people.

  • Generously coat the pork chops with this seasoning. Use any seasoning of your choice, but the Holy Voodoo is our favorite.
  • Heat outdoor grill to 400.
  • Begin by grilling these pork chops standing on their edges for a couple of minutes per edge on the direct flame of the grill.
  • After the chops are edged, continue to grill on direct flame for 6-8 minutes per side.
  • Allow chops to rest five minutes
