As a teacher, crunch time is coming, and I have to get back to meal planning. During the school year, I get home between 4:30 and 5:00 then my husband and I head to the barn to work on sale calves until 7:00 or 8:00. When we head to the house, we don’t have time to make meals that take forever to make. We also live 15 minutes from the nearest grocery store, so we have to make sure that we have everything we need for our meals.
Most of the meals we make are cheap, easy, and use ingredients that are easy to find.
We plan our meals for the week every Sunday, make a list, and go to the grocery store on Sunday afternoon.
In this section, I am going to share with you our weekly menus and our grocery list.
Pick and choose what you want to make, or use our whole menu. If it requires a recipe, I will link to it.
