We are halter-breaking show cattle for customers in the evenings this week, so this week’s recipes are designed to go together quickly and provide leftovers later in the week.

whatever fresh vegetables are cheapest to make stir fry (6-8 cups)

head of lettuce for a salad and BLT (use some of the stir fry veggies to add to it)
