This slow cooker meal is perfect for an easy, delicious meal that comes together quickly after a long day of work.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 lb beef round steak
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (I use the heart healthy one)
  • 1 carton sliced mushrooms, I use the baby portabello
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • hot cooked egg noodles or rice

Instructions
 

  • Spray crock-pot and set it on low.
  • Slice the onions and place them in the bottom.
  • Lightly salt and peppers the beef and place it on top of onions.
  • Cover and cook for 7 hours or until you get home from work. (It can be longer)
  • Place the mushrooms on top of beef and add the two cans of soup. Let it cook another hour or so. (It can be longer)
  • Add sour cream and stir.
  • Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
