Philly Cheese Stuffed Peppers
This meal is simple and filling as well as carb-friendly.
Ingredients
- 1-2 lb sirloin steak
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 tbsp Cavender's seasoning
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 package provolone slices
Instructions
- Thinly slice sirloin and season with worcestershire sauce and Cavender's.
- Cook in skillet coated with spray on medium high until no longer pink.
- Slice bell peppers in half and remove membrane and seeds.
- Place the peppers in a sprayed casserole dish.
- Fill the peppers with the cooked sirloin.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes in a 400 degree oven until the peppers are soft.
- Uncover, add the cheese slices and let the cheese melt for five minutes.
- Remove from oven.
