Philly Cheese Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 lb sirloin steak
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp Cavender's seasoning
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package provolone slices

Instructions
 

  • Thinly slice sirloin and season with worcestershire sauce and Cavender's.
  • Cook in skillet coated with spray on medium high until no longer pink.
  • Slice bell peppers in half and remove membrane and seeds.
  • Place the peppers in a sprayed casserole dish.
  • Fill the peppers with the cooked sirloin.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes in a 400 degree oven until the peppers are soft.
  • Uncover, add the cheese slices and let the cheese melt for five minutes.
  • Remove from oven.
